Rental Rates

We will quote individual fixed prices according to length of stay and dates in response to enquiries made over the enquiries form in this website.

With reference to the price table below, we would point out the following:

The minimum stay is three consecutive nights and, where less than 7 nights, will be priced according to the combination of week-nights and weekend nights (Week-nights are Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday,  Thursday and Friday. Weekend nights are Saturday and Sunday).

Note that we avoid taking bookings which would result in an arrival and departure of guests on the same day.

Stays of longer than 7 nights will be priced at the weekly rate for the first 7 nights and at the respective week-nights and weekend nights rates below for each night after the first 7 and up to the thirteenth night.

For all stays, arrival is after 15:00 hours on the first day and departure before 10:30 hours on the last day.

At the time of booking, a deposit of 50% of the quoted price is to be paid which will be fully refundable in case of cancellation no later than four weeks before planned start of stay, but non-refundable thereafter. The remaining amount of the quoted price is to be paid no later than four weeks before start of stay. Late or non-payment may result in cancellation of your booking.

Note that payments can be made by bank transfer to our bank account or our account or by Paypal.

Please also note that the prices for stays shorter than 7 nights are not in direct proportion to the weekly rate due to increased proportion of service costs.
